What is your payment terms?
Usually small orders(value under USD10000) we accept 100%TT in advance.For some big orders,we can accept 30% deposit,70% balance before shipment.We may discuss about the credit terms like Net 30 days special for old customers.
What's your production capacity?
Currently, we our production capacity for patchcords are around 300,000pcs connectors and 500,000pcs adapters per month. And our production line is keeping increasing, that means our production capacity will boast.
Do your products come with a warranty and what does it cover?
All of our products come with a One Year Warranty which includes all parts and labour for any defects and malfunction of the display through normal use only. Transportation, re-installation and shipping costs are not covered. Physical damages, damages caused by unauthorized repair and damages caused by nature are excluded from the coverage. Extended warranty is available for purchase.
Are samples are available for test? How to get samples?
Usually we could provide free samples for testing if the total sample value is not high, but we request frieght collected for our customers from all the world.
What's your minimum order quantity?
Actually, we do not have MOQ limitation, for small orders, we could offer Ex works price, and if you do not have carrier partner to pick up the goods, you could also choose DHL, Fedex, UPS etc to solve this problem.
Do you test your product before delivery? Spot check or full check? Do you have mature inspection technology?
Yes, of course we will test the products before delivery, we do IPQC, IQC,QA for all of our products. We couldn’t delivery our goods without the QA confirmation from QC department.
We will be doing connection of SC connectors to patch cords at our factory, will you supply the SC connectors in Assembled form or Unassembled form? What is your suggestion in this regard?
We could supply connector kits(with or without ferrule) and cables for you to do assembly at your end.
