Description:
Waterproof cable pigtail, which uses single-core cable as the basic component,
is a special indoor cable. It is
twisted around the non-metallic central strength member in clockwise direction, water-block yarns outside,
steel or aluminum tape used as armored layer, and proper material jacket.
This kind of cable is usually used as
pigtails in interconnect line of equipment, and used as interconnect lines in different buildings.

Applications:
Service cables are typically used in CATV applications to connect the node (aerial or pedestal).
Service cables are typically spliced to an aerial fiber trunk cable and fastened to an aerial
or pedestal mounted enclosure (amplifier, converter, transmitter/receiver) via included filling.

Features:
 Pre-terminated connectors mate to adapters located inside enclosure.
A rugged waterproof fitting is supplied standard with each service cable.
 Assemblies are made with central loose tube dielectric or armored cable
with 3mm or 900mic protective tubing. KINGTON’s service cables are available in
2-6 fiber versions and all standard connector types.
